As a member of the LATAM Controllers team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a robust control environment and providing financial advice to support the Corporate & Investment Bank's global business strategy. Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of new projects to enhance controls and processes at the regional and global level.
- Assist in producing Control Metrics and Key initiatives scorecards.
- Prepare for monthly and quarterly control forums.
- Monitor administrative, human capital, control, and business management requirements.
- Keep abreast of policy and procedure changes impacting LATAM LEC organization, conduct gap analysis as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Business.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of accounting and project management is a plus.
