Job Description:

For the role of Bilingual Operations Manager, we are seeking a visionary professional with a strong sense of leadership. In this key position, you will be responsible for the P&L status and operational success of our client's subsidiary in Chile. Your role will encompass driving safety, quality, shipping, and cost efficiencies while leading a team toward innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Financial and Operational Performance: Supervise and ensure operations' financial and operational performance, ensuring compliance with economic objectives.
-Strategy Development and Execution: Drive business growth through the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans.
-Service Support and Marketing: Support sales and market the facility's services locally, ensuring effective execution of PRO Services' sales initiatives.
-Quality and Customer Satisfaction Management: Manage the facility's quality plan and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company guidelines at all times.
-Cost and Process Optimization: Develop plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through the efficient use of resources such as labor, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
-Contract and Customer Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact between the customer and the factory for all matters related to contracts, pricing, and changes in purchase orders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
-Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, establishing clear responsibilities and encouraging problem-solving and cost reduction.
-Safety Standards Compliance: Continuously improve safety and care in all areas, addressing physical issues and employee safety attitudes.
-Operational Reports and Presentations: Prepare and present operational reports reflecting performance and compliance with key business metrics.
-Corporate Asset Management: Effectively supervise and manage all corporate assets assigned to the facility.

-Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. A Master's or MBA is highly desirable.
-Over 5 years of experience in operational management in multinational industrial companies, with roles at the Management level.
-Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead teams in a participatory and engaging manner, fostering a positive work environment.
-At least 10 years of experience in the equipment production, and mantainace industry, with strong technical and operational expertise.
-Advanced level of English, with assessment to ensure effective communication in international environments.
-Availability for permanent travel, inside and outside of Chile, is essential for global operations management.
