For our client, an investment company based in Chile with an extensive and successful track record investing globally in private equity, real estate, and publicly traded securities. We are currently looking to add an Office Assistant to our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office Operations & Facilities Coordinator
• Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the office.
• Manage cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate the maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Provide support in case of phone or internet outages or problems.
• Control the inventory of supplies, place orders as needed, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with external providers for general services
Administrative Accounting Assistant
• Receiving invoices and managing accounting for payments
• Responsible for sending payments to the Accountant: preparing payment slips and sending supporting documentation
• Making deposits when necessary
• Managing petty cash: keeping the cash box stocked and requesting funds when needed
Office Assistant
• Assist with travel management, reservations, and logistics.
• Coordinate internal meetings, including booking rooms and preparing materials.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring the confidentiality of information.
• Provide administrative support and resolve requests: manage office supplies, coordinate transportation, make restaurant reservations, as well as other tasks necessary for daily office operations.
• Support organizational culture initiatives and coordinate office activities and events
