Internal Wholesaler Intermediary Andean Region Postular

Job description & Responsibilities

- Assist external wholesalers in developing the business covering the Andean region (Chile, Peru & Colombia) including: Creating presentation materials, conducting proficient fund analysis and comparisons (performance metrics, risk factors, fund characteristics, etc.), and handling follow-up emails
- Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to external wholesalers, utilizing visual aids effectively and ensuring clear, attractive & concise communication
- Provide superior client service by being responsive and thoughtful, addressing client enquiries, and providing product information, updates and support whenever needed. Customer centric mindset is key.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, operations and compliance teams to meet daily requirements. Being able to collaborate effectively is key for successful outcomes.
- CRM Systems Management: Overseeing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to ensure accurate information for management reporting requires proficiency in managing and updating databases, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity.
- Sales Reconciliation and Reporting: Managing sales reconciliation, trade allocations, sales reporting, and management presentations requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with financial data. Being proficient in spreadsheets and financial software can be beneficial in this aspect.
- Key point of contact for the Andean Region marketing activities: social media, content management, events, etc.
- Ability to work in team environment while being a driven self-starter

Requirements

Bachelor´s degree required - A solid understanding of financial markets and investments (equities, fixed income, etc.) is essential
0-2 years of experience in the financial industry/business development support
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory
Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required
Knowledge of Salesforce, Morningstar, and Bloomberg is a plus
Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the Latin American market is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences
Analytical mindset with a proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under tight time constraints
