Key Responsibilities:
Positioning and Sales:
• Drive sales by positioning our innovative solutions with key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned accounts.
• Prospect new customers and establish strong relationships with key contacts.
• Utilize available resources to close sales, respond to commercial processes, and deliver required documentation and technical proposals.
• Ensure the achievement of sales, customer management, and profitability goals.
Customer Portfolio Management:
• Strategically plan and manage customer development.
• Keep customer information updated in CRM and marketing platforms.
• Optimize resources to enhance customer experience, ensuring satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and expanding coverage.
• Maintain close relationships with manufacturers and wholesalers of our product offerings.
Communication and Marketing:
• Lead and promote communication and marketing activities within your customer portfolio.
• Actively contribute to sales strategy and product positioning, maximizing resource efficiency.
Professional Development:
• Engage in certification programs to support your professional growth.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Commercial Engineering), Civil Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent academic degree.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity sales is a plus.
