Position: Internship – Talent Attraction & Development Interniship IKEA Chile, Colombia & Peru.
Based On: IKEA Service Office, Santiago Chile.

Purpose of the Functions:
• Support the execution of the training programs for our regional service office team.
• Assist in the managing of our internal training platform, following up on our main indicators.
• Help onboarding process & delivering an excellent pre, during & post onboarding experience for new co-workers.
• Contribute to the design of development processes for the service office and the new Customer Meeting points.
• Support the Talent Attraction team in various requirements, recruitment and specific projects in the area such as employer branding and competence profile.
Core Competences, Experience and Skills:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-managed, goal oriented and passionate for people development.
• Studies: Psychology, Sosology, Commercial Engineering or a career in the field.
• Availability of practice for a period of 6 months.
