Cognitive English busca un Human Resources Intern de manera remota para nuestra sede en Santiago (Las Condes)

Dentro de las Responsabilidades del Cargo están:
Apoyar en el proceso de Reclutamiento y Selección de talento (i.e. publicación en portales, entrevistas de selección, filtro telefónico, gestión de referencias, contacto a candidatos)
Transformar procedimientos administrativos manuales a digitales
Desarrollar un plan semestral de capacitaciones para trabajadores
Preparar el Coach Trial para nuevos candidatos
Recopilar datos de candidatos para nuestra base de datos
Desarrollar nuestra Estrategia de Gestión de Talentos
Diseñar Estrategia de Marca de Empleador
Crear y implementar procesos en pro al departamento de RRHH
Crear y implementar mas eficientes y eficaces los procesos de RRHH en base a un acercamiento dirigido por datos y análisis

Calificaciones
El candidato exitoso deber contar con la educación, la experiencia y los habilidades siguientes:
Estudiantes de las carreras Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología o Gestión de Recursos Humanos o estudiantes de diplomados afines a RRHH.
Excelente habilidades de communicación, manejo de tiempo, gestión, organización, y seguimiento.
Alta atención al detalle
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
Dominio de las aplicaciones Google (Sheets, Docs, etc...)

Opcional:
Experiencia con las aplicaciones Asana y Slack
Experiencia con programación web
Conocimiento de la literatura de performance, comportamiento, mindset y la sciencia general de mejora continua
Inglés intermedio
