Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated university student to join our Risk Department as an intern, supporting a key Comprehensive Risk Management activity. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international banking, working in risk management, with focus on providing efficiency to process related to credit risk, market risk and operational risk matters.
Main Responsibilities
• Risk Committee support: Gather, validate and consolidate risk metrics and narratives (credit, market and operational risk) for Risk Committee and Executive Committee materials (packs, action log and follow-ups).
• Reporting & dashboards: Help build and maintain automated risk reports and dashboards (Excel/Power BI), including KPI/KRI monitoring, trends and commentary.
• Process automation: Automate recurring tasks to reduce manual work and operational risk (data extraction, reconciliations, report generation) using Excel/VBA, SQL and/or Python (as applicable).
• Risk data quality: Perform basic data controls (completeness, accuracy, reconciliation), document data sources/definitions, and support a simple data dictionary for key risk indicators.
• Risk models & analytics: Support testing and documentation for credit, market and operational risk models, and assist with ad-hoc analyses (stress testing, concentration and limits monitoring) under supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Control, Accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced English level
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in comprehensive risk analysis for corporate banking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and routine process improvement is a plus.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Duration and Location
The internship will last around 10 months (From March 2026 to December 2026). The position is based at the Bank’s office (presential – Costanera Center).
