What You'll Do
Join our dynamic Spanish South America Recruiting Team as a Recruiting Intern, where you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you will be immersed in all facets of recruitment, from initial candidate engagement to the final hiring stages. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Enhance Recruitment Processes: Actively participate in and enhance our talent acquisition activities by coordinating all recruiting processes and recruiting events.
Data and Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze database and KPIs to optimize recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain constant communication with candidates and manage satisfaction surveys to ensure a positive application experience.
System Management: Oversee and manage internal systems relevant to recruitment, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
