Position: Internship – Customer Experience area IKEA Chile, Colombia & Peru.

Direct Report: Customer Experience Manager IKEA Chile, Colombia and Peru.
Based On: IKEA Service Office, Santiago Chile.

As internship project, we look to secure to have smooth and omnichannel customer centric processes. For this propose, you will map all the customer journeys and translate them into business requirements and relevant documentation needed to secure the right implementation of the experience designed to our customers.

Purpose of the Functions:
• Mapping and documenting relevant customers journeys based on current information
• Identifying customer expectations gaps
• Gather all the additional information needed to design the improvements on current customer journeys
• Improve current processes based on customer insights
• Documenting policies and processes of the customer experience area

Core Competences, Experience and Skills:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-managed, goal oriented, proactive and passionate for people development.
• Good social and communication skills.
• Studies: Business administration / Design or a career in the field.
• Availability of practice for a period of 6 months.
• Desirable: Excel medium and use of any software to map processes
