Digital advertising and cloud computing is experiencing explosive growth, and so are we: With offices in Germany, Ireland and Chile, we are looking for a Product Manager with a technical focus that wants to become a part of a globally expanding organization and help us shape the digital future.


Responsibilities:

•Market research, identifying trends, being close to customers' needs and pains in a changing landscape Product management.
•Be the main point of contact with the development team and Software Architect.
•Take part in the conception of new features.
•Conception and implementation of workshops and training courses for customers.
•Support our Marketing and Sales Team.
•Technical documentation of new and existing product features.
•Creation of specifications in collaboration with our development department and Architect.
•Creation and updates of documents for our customers, e.g. FAQs, Wiki’s, solutions templates.
•Conceive and provide training materials for internal and external use.
•Provide support for the documentation of test cases.
•Participate in testing of the developments.
•Provide support for customer projects.


Qualifications:
•Degree in the area of technical documentation, computer sciences, information technologies or comparable qualification.
•2 -3 years of experience in the field.
•2 - 3 yrs of experience in ecommerce and / or retail
•Interest in finance and / or financial background is a strong plus.
•Analytical thinking, commitment and a solution-oriented approach.
•Able to work in multidisciplinary teams.
•Flexibility, passion and open-mindedness.
•Ideally, experience in documentation.
•To have some media knowledge will be advantageous.
•Knowledge of the media buy side is a strong plus.
•Excellent knowledge of English.
