It’s an exciting time to join Ocean Spray’s Business and Management team! You are passionate about Marketing & Business Development along with the strategy and consumer. You’re eager to learn about new and upcoming forms of Marketing & Business Development, you organize yourself to learn quickly, and you are strong in developing cross functional, collaborative relationships. Taking ownership is big at Ocean Spray and there will be plenty of opportunity to be empowered to do so over your Intern Program. Our Marketing Team is looking for Marketing Intern Ingredients & Business Development Intern. Our Intern Programs are 06-12 months long. You’ll dive into the world of the Ocean Spray Cranberries and partner alongside the Business and Management team, you’ll own the three projects! You’ll experience a Marketing & Business Development while working within a company that operates in a legacy industry.

Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role with remote, based in Santiago de Chile.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed the career Engineer Civil Industrial or Commercial Engineer, who must complete your Thesis and Intern Program.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Good energy, consumer empathy and open-mindedness, a positive “can-do” mindset.
• Analytical, organized, significant attention to detail, ability to work autonomously.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations in front of Senior Leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
